Producer-director-writer-actor Hank Saroyan has been a force in entertainment for over thirty years. This website highlights much of that work and those efforts. Hank is one of few directors to receive an Emmy award for directing in both live-action and animation. He has worked intimately with  Dick Clark, Stan Lee,  Suzanne Somers, the late George C. Scott, Jim Henson, Joseph Barbera, and Beverly Sills, Chris Bearde, The New York Philharmonic and especially Alan Hamel , who was the first to notice anything special about the skinny kid from Berkeley in 1969. Over the years, Hank has created programming for ABC, CBS, NBC, Marvel, National Geographic, Disney and others. He has produced shows for prime time, late night, Saturday Morning, syndication, cable, home video and feature films. He is the nephew of Pulitzer prize winning, Armenian-American author and playwright, William Saroyan, and in 2008 was honored in Armenia for his Award-winning Saroyan-based short film, The Parsley Garden, at the 5th Annual Golden Apricot International Film Festival in Yerevan, Armenia. He sits on the Advisory Board to the William Saroyan Library and Archive at Stanford University and is himself a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley. He is currently developing several TV series for both children and family audiences, and has several feature film projects in the works.   With his diverse programming background, Hank remains a valuable and experienced show business resource. The title cards below exemplify some of his diverse specials and series and the depth of his production skill-set.  Hank is currently working as a consultant for development, outlines and scripts in both children's, family and reality programming. A knowing eye or for those wanting to avoid the pitfalls of start-up production or production company.
